Os nosos servizos de acollida están enmarcados no programa Benvidas financiado pola convocatoria BS623D para realización de programas de interese xeral para fins de carácter social, con cargo á asignación tributaria do 0,7 % do imposto sobre a renda das persoas físicas e do imposto de sociedades. Benvidas! recibe tamén o financiamento da Deputación de Pontevedra.

 

O proceso de acollida


A acollida, tal como a entendemos, é un proceso que ten como finalidade favorecer a  comunicación entre as persoas migrantes co resto da sociedade, especialmente con profesionais de diferentes ámbitos: servizos sociais, educativos, comunitarios, sanitarios, xurídicos e entidades privadas; tendo como eixo transversal e prioritario unha perspectiva de xénero.

No que respecta aos participantes, realízase unha primeira entrevista de acollida na que se analiza a situación da persoa, abordando diferentes áreas da súa vida (situación familiar, persoal, económica, de vivenda, …) como unha primeira toma de contacto. Unha vez realizada a primeira análise, deséñase a intervención onde se detectarán os ámbitos nos que se promoverá a intervención. 

 O servizo de acollida que ofrecemos abarca o ámbito socio-sanitario, habitacional, educativo e convivencial, ademais de elaborar un diagnóstico de empregabilidade para a inserción laboral.Desta forma traballarase ao longo de todo o proceso coa persoa, co fin de conseguir os obxectivos establecidos ao principio, en función das seas necesidades.

O Servizo de Mediación compleméntase con actuacións de asesoramento técnico especializado, a cargo dunha profesional titulada en dereito e con especialización en estranxeiría. Desta forma, a mediación intercultural, a mediación social e a mediación xurídica compleméntanse no desenvolvemento das actuacións programadas.

De forma complementaria, sensibilizamos aos diferentes axentes sociais para  o recoñecemento da diversidade cultural, a comunicación e a comprensión mutua, a regulación dos conflitos e o cambio institucional. Traballamos deste modo a favor da convivencia intercultural.

Finalmente, as actividades de avaliación analizan os resultados obtidos, realizando un balance sistemático que rexistra logros, actuacións, beneficiarios, evolución do proxecto nos distintos ámbitos de actuación e diferentes variables cualitativas. Rexistramos a práctica, reflexionamos sobre ela, utilizamos a información e os achados como factor de cambio, melloras e axustes, o que permite adoptar decisións estratéxicas para a continua mellora dos nosos servizos.
